HALO DESIGNS POLICIES

  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES -  Will be issued within 30 days and with less than 1/4 of the product used for purchased price in the form of exchange or in-store retail credit.

    • LIQUID STYLING TOOLS​

      • No returns on travel sized items.​

      • No returns on brushes, blowdryers, or irons

        • Please refer to manufacturer's warranties on appliances​

    • IN-STORE CREDIT

      • We do not do cash/credit refunds. All returns will be done so in the form of in-store credit.

      • In-store may be redeemed within one calendar year from the return date.​

  • 24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION POLICY-  Stylists require at least 24- hour notice prior to scheduled appointments. 

    • We understand that emergencies do happen, however most appointment slots take 24 hours to fill. If our stylists aren't working, they aren't getting paid. Repeat offenders will be charged 50% of the appointment's service total in advance.​

  • NEW CHEMICAL SERVICE APPOINTMENTS - 

    • All appointments that fall under this description will require a $50 non-refundable deposit/non-transferrable deposit at the time of booking (Up to 5 days prior)​.

  • ADJUSTMENTS-

    • Halo Designs stylists stand behind their work and are happy to make adjustments to your cut or color if notified within 7 days following the service.

    • No refunds on services rendered.

  • PAYMENTS - All payments due at completion of service

    • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, etc..​ 

      • No American Express​

    • Cash

    • Checks with ID

      • Return check will incur a $25 + any incurred bank fee​.

  • RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE- Halo Designs Reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason deemed necessary.
