Charlene is a true master! I moved from Seattle 4 years ago. I have been driving back for my haircuts ever since. I have curly hair and have been enjoying keeping it natural. I finally decided it was time to find a local stylist. I took a chance (Googled) on a “curly-girl” specialist. Halo Designs came out on top. I truly got lucky and booked with Charlene.
